Below are the core beliefs and values that drive and shape how GTI operates:

We respect individual experience.

We value people expressing their emotional truth
through creative outlets.

We believe that healing is implicit
in the creative process.

We believe that honest expression of personal truth is essential
to re-claiming ones-self as a whole being.

We believe personal growth is essential and always possible
for people recovering from brain injury.

Billings, MT

We believe co-designing a group-initiated art piece
with an process book can serve as an essential reflective and advocacy recovery tool.

We believe that life quality often increases as members redefine
themselves by accessing their personal creativity.

We believe an open mind and flexible attitudes are a key
to personal and group success, in workshops and seminars.

We value setting goals and personal anonymity
in the workshop process.

We value the education possible for GTI members
and viewers by presenting a completed art piece at public art exhibits and presentations.

We value respectful communication
for GTI staff, facilitators and members.

We value equal opportunity for all
who receive training and workshop services – respecting all abilities.
